This is one of the truths i am telling you to become an yogi! you may not belive but if not, you will be in the same ruins that what you have experienced till now.
I am now 35 years, i am telling you because this has created a huge happiness and bliss in me once i have been following it.
First rule:
1. Through your mobile, do not get interrupeted every time. be involved and be creative and be 100% involved. dont get deviated.
2. When you are totally invovled, only you will be there and the other person will escape. pls be something like this.
3. Start thinking and practicing in this norms, you will be the most happiest and blissful person in this world
