Effective Working principle - awareness

Hi,

Today, i would like to present to you, how can you work in any place and be effective?
The solution is very easy, but you need to belive me before you can read this technique. If you cannot belive me and trust me this technique will never work. As great saints say, first your focus should change towards a person who is trying to put across his thoughts and think about his discourse first with a mindset of knowing answers and asking questions with a mindset of knowing answers, but not for argumentation.

I have been using this technique from past two days and really it is benefitting me a lot. I would like to tell you that this technique and please know that this is not mynes, but this techique is an ancestral technique which is followed by many folks and is divine and which create bliss in you.

This technique asks for you to be a whole not divided before understanding it, because the technique is very simple.
This technique is known by everyone, but the simplicity will make you feel that its of no use. because  your ego is always in search of something which is not attainable, it likes challenges and would not accept anything which is simple.

As far as i know, truth is only in simple things and mind cannot conceive that happiness if you can belive what Iam telling to you. You can cherish the bliss if you can understand this simple things or else you will get in to the same misery without knowing simple facts. Your mind only encourages your ego to go on challenging and you land in to the same misery again and again.

The technique for working in place and utilizing the best time goes here:

1. Be involved in the things you do 100%, dont be partial because anything which is in partiality is not good
2. When you get any fear, think about that fear it will vanish, because there is no fear in this world. All human beings gets confused with the fear. You should fear only for death nothing else in this world.
3. Be in equilibrium state. Dont be too much happy or don't be too much worried because when you are happy you will definately cry and when you cry you will later become happy. So the two faces of the coin are happiness and sadness.
4. Be a master of yourself dont depend on others for yourself. Most of the time it so happens that, your joy or sadness is derived from an other person. so the key for your happiness or sadness is dependent on other person. I want you to keep the key with your self.
5. When you are angry think on that anger more profusely, these anger will change in to an energy called awareness.
6. When you are sexually exited think more on it, this sexual energy will change in to an other form called awareness.
7. A genuine person is one who have found real Awareness and will be in awareness even in sleep.
8. A person cannot sleep properly in the night because he cannot even control himself even in the sleep.
9. What a pathetic situation, if you cannot control your dream how can you control your day when you are aware.
10. Awareness is only the secret of life. Be aware and think only what you do nothing else.
11. When you are watching a movie you are so aware that you get so deep in to the movie and even forget to wink your eye as a result you end up in getting headache or eye drops coming out of your eyes. Its just a strain.
12. Get completely involved in your work like how you watch an movie. Think about it and when you get other thoughts think about those thoughts it will get supressed and your thoughts will grow.
13. You feel its so simple but if you can do this i really bet you will become the most strongest person on this earth who has total awareness. Please know this fact that Awareness is only the tool which will help you to remain in a blissful state for ever.
14. I practiced this technique one day and i forgot the time i came and i left the office. really this created so much bliss in me.
15. Let me practice it today also.

Running for Weight Loss and Life

Hi All,
This is mahesh, I thought of sharing my running programme with you today as i have clocked 300+ Kms in 30 days.
My inspiration - I have seen an old senior guy around 80+ years with out any teeth, this amazing gug runs for 10 kms every day. I was shocked to see him running in stadium, because what i have seen is; people in 60's cannot even stand up and walk. But hats off to this 80 + old guy who runs Bare foot for 10 to 15 kms every day in just 55 minutes.
I started running to reduce my weight, I was around 113.8 kgs on May 8th 2012 and today I am 104.5 kgs. I reduced nearly 9.2 Kilos and 4.5 inches of my tummy just by running 302 kms and little bit of cycling.
Thought of joining VLCC for weight reduction but dropped it due to bad reviews
As i was over weight, I went to enquire in  VLCC for weight reduction, VLCC lobby manager gave some weigh reduction packages and she told they are no 1 in weight reduction in India. When i asked them do VLCC prgrammes have any approvals from medical society or Standards?
 Lobby Manager told weight loss programme don't require any medical approvals as there programme is a natural method of weight reduction.
 She provided varoious weigh loss packages,the weight loss packages had the following elements:
  • Tummy tucks
  • Body Massage
  • Weight loss through German Machines (  Whe you lie down on a bed, they place or stick some connecters  around your body for 1 hour. These connectors are similar to ECG connectors. Process-You lie down on a bed and electric machines will do there work, they  will vibrate your body for 1 hour  to 1.5 hours with 5 to 10 v electric shocks)
  • Very strict diet.
They told i need to shell out 30,000 to 40,000 rs for 10 kg weight loss. I was scared to join VLCC not because of high ransom money but because of the bad reviews.
 I searched internet for VLCC weight loss schemes, there were lots of  bad and worst reviews about VLCC.90% of the folks who joined VLCC for weight reduction commented its a fake or fraud company. Reviewers commented;dont every think of VLCCas VLCC has lots of side effects and also the weight you loose will bounce back as soon as possible. After seeing some vulgar reviews about VLCC i tried to stay away from it.
Running came to my rescue
I thought the only way i can reduce my weight is through brisk walking or running with a strict diet. I started brisk walking for 3 days from May 8th to May 10th and on May 11th I was was introduced to running in Kanteerava stadium by my coaches: Mr Raju, Mr Srinivas and DIG of Bangalore.
In the initial days of jogging It was very painful for my knees, Ankle joints and Back. In the first week i use used to have terrible pain in my Back and Ankle joints but today  all this pains have vanished.
To tell you, I maintain a dairy of my workouts. I wrote regularly everyday in this diary about fitness activities. Today I realized that, I have achieved some thing and felt happy about it. I thought of sharing my happiness with friends.
You know, I felt happy and  proud, as i have clocked 300+ kms  just by running for 30 days.
Yes, My personal fitness diary shows that, i have clocked more than 300 kms in a month. This is really a Life time achievement for me.
To tell you frankly i have never walked more than 100 meters a day from past 10 years, but now I am running 10+ kms everyday for my life and fitness. Initially when i started running on may 11th, I felt running is the most difficult sport in the world. But today i can easily run 7 to 8 kms an hour with out any problems or pains.
In between I have also participated in Tata World 10k and completed the running competation in around 110 Minutes. In this competation, i came to know  there are 10000+ runners in bangalore alone.
In fact  Running have come to my rescue, for Weight loss.
Today my weight have reduce by 9.2 kilos and tummy got reduced from 44 inches to 39.5 inches in just a month. I can now fit in to most of my old clothes which i had kept it aside.
I want to achieve my targe weight of 80 kilos and tummy size of 34 to 36 inches, To achieve this i need to loose another 24 kilos and 6 inches of my tummy.
 Hope my dream will come true with running and diet.
